Initially set up five years ago to negotiate better buying terms for local GP practices across Shropshire, Caradoc Medical Services has since has grown into a national buying consortium with over 25,000 members.

Strength in Numbers

By combining the requirements and buying power of members, Caradoc can negotiate better prices and terms than members could individually helping them to generate savings and increase profitability. 

There are now nearly 100 Caradoc suppliers covering a range of different products and services from telephony solutions and mobiles, stationery and office supplies, medical equipment and consumables to employment support, energy advice and uniforms.

Caradoc regularly checks prices and terms offered by key suppliers to ensure that members continue to get highly competitive pricing and terms, without compromising on quality.

As a not-for-profit organisation and with no membership or annual fees, Caradoc is proud to be led by and for its members.  Originally set up to support GP practices, Caradoc has expanded across a variety of sectors including schools, vets, dentists, care homes and SMEs who are all benefiting from being a member of Caradoc Buying Consortium.
